Common pricing questions
Buy a pack of 100, 500, 2,500, or 10,000 leads at a one-time price. Each pack expires 90 days after purchase, stacks with your monthly plan (or runs on its own), and consumes after your monthly allowance has been spent. You can hold multiple packs at the same time.
Monthly plans are cheaper per lead. Starter is about 19% cheaper than the 100-pack, and Pro is about 20% cheaper than the 2,500-pack. Packs win on flexibility: no recurring charge, no commitment. Most customers start with a pack, then move to monthly once they know the cadence they want.
Only usable leads count. Duplicates against your previous deliveries, records we could not resolve to a usable business contact, and emails confirmed as undeliverable are automatically re-credited to your balance. Re-credits return to the bucket the lead was drawn from (monthly entitlement, rollover, or the originating pack).
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You can wait for the next cycle, upgrade to a higher tier, or buy a Lead Pack to top up immediately. Paid monthly plans also carry 50% of unused leads to the next cycle (capped, expires after 30 days).
