Data Processing Agreement

Keendai’s Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request for customers and qualified prospects evaluating Keendai for use in jurisdictions that require a GDPR Article 28 controller-to-processor contract, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

To request a copy of the current DPA, email legal@keendai.com. We will send a countersigned copy within one business day.

The DPA incorporates the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision 2021/914) for any transfer of personal data outside the EEA, where applicable.
